Rapid Prototyping to Enable Sales Efforts

Led design direction for KPMG’s internal strategic initiative known as Demo Squad, a year-long effort to replace static PowerPoints with fully interactive, coded demos that enabled firm partners to bring complex ideas to life for high-profile client engagements and conference showcases.

Approach

  • Developed rapid prototypes to replace long explanatory decks with immersive, interactive experiences.
  • Worked with partners to surface “art of the possible” ideas and translate them into demo-ready experiences.
  • Used human-centered design methods to structure narrative and flow for each prototype.
  • Partnered with engineering when needed to produce fully coded versions and enable live showcases.
  • Created narrative frameworks and storytelling assets to support client presentations, sales pitches, and industry events.
