GenAI / AI Strategy
Led comprehensive GenAI/AI assessments and ideation workshops for a major national logistics and delivery organization, defining four key initiatives with structured implementation phases.
Developed and presented narratives, use cases, service blueprints, technical dependency outlines, customer/business benefit analyses, viability matrices, and user journeys to enhance digital experiences and customer engagement.
Rapid Prototyping
Developed an AI-enhanced form tool in eight weeks to streamline veteran suicide reporting, integrating user flows, strategic storytelling, wireframes, UX/UI design, and development handoff. The tool leveraged multi-source data integration to improve efficiency in a highly sensitive process.
Presented its impact and capabilities to leadership, demonstrating its potential for reliability and effectiveness.
UI / Data Visualization
Led UI and data visualization design for monitoring dashboards supporting national organ transportation logistics, enhancing clarity and usability in critical healthcare operations.
This work was recognized as a v360 Award finalist, highlighting its innovative approach and impact on healthcare logistics.
GenAI COE
As a founding member of the GenAI Center of Excellence, I led the creation of visual assets, signage, decks, custom GenAI artwork, and interactive tour activities for its launch. I also advised leadership on GenAI strategies and applications, shaping a forward-looking roadmap for future projects.
Interactive Storytelling
I served as the design lead for a global consulting firm’s innovation and analytics hub, where I drove AI and ML-powered data and analytics solutions to tackle complex challenges.
I led the creation of 15+ interactive stories and demos, managed a team of project managers and developers, and developed a scalable storytelling process to streamline stakeholder and partner engagement.
UX / UI Design
Led the UX design efforts for a government agency specializing in population and economic insights.
Spearheaded the redesign of a large-scale data portal to enhance user experience and improve speed-to-market for data dissemination. Oversaw research, design, and execution, managed a UX/UI design team, and led design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
